LEH PALACE
Leh Palace known as the Lhachen Palkhar is a royal palace of the Leh. The Namgyal dynasty of Ladakh, Tsewang Namgyal started the building of the Leh Palace on the Tsemo Hill in 1553. The carved entrances, small compartments, few spacious rooms and corridors still exist in their original glory.
SHANTI STUPA
Shanti Stupa is a white-colored domed-shaped structure in Chandspa The peace pillar was built a peace sect of Japanese Buddhist organization to celebrate the completion of 2500 years for the promotion of world peace. Inaugurated by His Holiness, the Dalai Lama in 1985 and pillar is known for its gilt panels depicting the life stories of Lord Buddha.

Tsemo fort like a crown on the head of the Palace ridge and small but ruined palace contains a number of worship flags. It is Tsemo gompa that is Tsemo monastery that consists of two temple buildings built in the 15th century, an eight-meter tall gold-faced statue of Maitreya Buddha.
DRASS WAR MEMORIAL
Drass Memorial was built in the memory of the martyrs who placed their nation above their life; the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in Operation Vijay that aimed at getting India back from the intruders. Indo-Pak war took place in 1999, and finally, the mighty Indian soldiers defeated Pakistani troops. The memorial is mainly built of pink-sandstone with an epitaph. The museum in this war memorial exhibits army emblems, a model of Himalayan Mountain Range and documents archive.

Lamayuru, Yuru or the Lamayuru Monastery is a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. Perched at an altitude of 11520 ft., the monastery is one of the fascinating places to visit in Ladakh. The oldest gompa is also one of the largest monasteries in Ladakh famed as Tharpa Ling which means the place of freedom.

The south-west end, the Tso Kar is connected to a Startsapuk Tso through an inlet stream. Both these lakes make More Plains pool of 9 sq km, which is overshadowed by tow mountain peaks namely Gursan (6370 m) and Thugje (6050 m). A couple of years ago, Tso Kar was one major source of salt which was then exported by Changpa nomads to Tibet.

Magnetic Hill lies on the Leh-Kargil-Baltic National Highway in the Trans-Himalayan region. To the east of the Magnetic Hill flows the Sindhu River. The unique phenomenon of Magnetic Hill, each of which seeks to explain its gravity-defying phenomenon in one way.
